I genuinely want you to be happy with the items you buy from me. I put a lot of time and energy into finding, researching, photographing and loading these items onto my website and I want to find them all a good home where they are enjoyed – plus obviously I want you to come back! I also understand that it can be a little scary buying items like these from the internet and off of pictures so if you are not 100% happy with your purchase, just let me know within 30 days and I will refund in full – HOWEVER the item must be returned to me in the same condition it was received and you will have to pay the shipping costs both ways. For this reason I would urge you to look very closely at
the pictures and descriptions before you make the purchase to be sure it is the item you want. If you are unsure please do contact me and I will be happy to send you more pictures or answer any questions to the best of my ability before you make your decision to buy.

IF I HAVE MADE A MISTAKE
I work very hard to make sure I accurately describe each and every item I sell on this website. I will NEVER knowingly miss-sell an item but if it ever turns out I have made an honest mistake I will refund the item in full including shipping both ways as long as the item is returned to me in the condition it was received. PLEASE NOTE – under no circumstances will I renegotiate the price once shipped – you can either accept the item as it is or take the refund option.

 

DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
I take full responsibility for ensuring that any items you buy from me reach you in the same condition in which they left me. If they are damaged in transit I will offer a full refund including shipping (both ways if I request the item is returned to me). However I will require clear digital photos showing the damage first. PLEASE NOTE – under no circumstances will I renegotiate the price once shipped – you can either accept the item as it is or take the refund option.
