Glass shop counter display jar with lid; made in England and dating from the 1920’s with engraved painted lettering “WRIGHT AND SON LTD BISCUITS”.

CONDITION
Generally in very good condition although the letters have been repainted.  It has a couple of tiny chips on the rim, scratches to the front and a manufacturing flaw on the right hand side.  There is also some staining on the lid knob (although none of these are particularly apparent) - please look very closely at the pictures as they form part of the description.
