DESCRIPTION
Glass shop counter display jar; made in England and dating from the late 1920’s with engraved painted lettering “SMITH’S CRISPS” to the lid.
 
DIMENSIONS – H:  26cm Ø:  18cm
 
CONDITION
Generally in very good condition although the letters have been repainted.  It has a few chips on the rim of the jar and the lip of the lid.  There are also numerous scratches to the body of the jar (although they are not particularly apparent unless held up to the light) - please look very closely at the pictures as they form part of the description.
