DESCRIPTION
Discovered in Berkshire this amazing piece was originally made in China in the early 16th century; around the time Henry VIII was king of England. This Buddhistic lion dog (they are also known as Foo dogs or guardian dogs) is bronzed and sits on a plinth marked with an ancient Greek Key design.
