DESCRIPTION
Original magazine article from THE ILLUSTRATED LONDON NEWS and dated May 11th 1935. Written by William Plane Pycraft F.Z.S. who was a renowned osteologist and zoologist of this time. He is recounting an address he made to the Norfolk and Norwich Naturalists Society on the evolution of animals; in particular those creatures that live in the deep sea. It includes his observations and details of scientific experiments of that time and features photographs and an illustration of some wonderfully gruesome fish. A rare and interesting survivor.
It is presented in a brand new glazed, solid wood black frame and border and comes complete with wall mounting hook and felt pads on the back to prevent marking to the wall and help reduce movement once hung.
