DESCRIPTION
Discovered in the Cotswold’s this interesting piece is probably English and likely dates from the late 19th century.  It is a real sperm whale tooth mounted on a stand made from unmarked silver and what appears to be horn on the base.

CONDITION
There are what appear to be some blue ink marks to the rear and some damage and old repairs to the silver mount and scratches to the horn base - please look very closely at the pictures as they form part of the description.
