DESCRIPTION
Made from hard rubber and hand painted this detailed model is approximately 1.5 times the size of a real human heart.  Designed as a teaching aid it can be removed from the turned wood and Perspex stand and taken apart to show the valves and other working parts of the organ.  Although unmarked it was likely made in Germany and probably by Deutsches Hygiene Museum Dresden in around 1960.

CONDITION
There is some minor wear to the paint in places and marks to the stand but overall it is in very good condition - please look very closely at the pictures as they form part of the description.
